On September 7, 2010, Christopher, Damon, Daniel, Melanie, and Oliver were eating lunch at 24 Diner when the idea for a fitness contest was conceived. Since then, 2 more additions to the original group have been added: Allen and Raymond.
All contestants were to choose a celebrity to try and match their physique. All target celebrity photos were submitted, reviewed, and approved by the other contestants. All target celebrity photos selected are fairly equal in fitness level difference between the target and the contestant.
The Rules:
1. Anything goes except surgery and hormones (birth control allowed).
2. Contest begins at 12:00am, September 9, 2010 and ends at 12:00 am, January 1, 2011.
3. Winner will be whoever shows the most improvement and is closest to their target.
4. Everyone will judge on the winner and nobody can vote for him or herself.
5. Everyone but the winner will put $20 in the pot. The money pool will be used to purchase a gift ($120 value) for the winner of the contest.
